basicly .. better wait several rounds before using the /voteban command ... sometimes other players have to pee or the doorbell rang or sth else.
it isnt that bad when sb is afk and just gets killed over and over again.
and allways have an eye on the number of players on the server .. if there are enough free places to join just keep waiting
